Matcha is tea from the grinded tea leaf. Our Yame Matcha has very gentle bitterness, yet strong aroma and deep green color.
We reccomend this matcha for cooking such as Matcha-Icecream, Matcha-cake or cokies, and  of couse Matcha-smoothies.
